Coolio. See no reason at the moment not to be there! Considering its 5 minutes away from my house it really would be rude not to! :D

I shall work like a (apologies for the apparent recist remakrs coming up, but I'm not a recist person - it merely describes my efforts in the best way I can think of) nigger in a cotton field on my car this weekend in the hope that she'll be mapped in the very near future. For once, funds aren't the hold back - it's down to me and the weather.

Even so if the rallye's still dead, you'll get to see Casper in the flesh for the second time :)

Count me in (pending a catastrophic failure at work...)

Will see what time I get back from the Rallying.

Cribbs is on the way back to mine anyways, so might try and tie it in nicely! :)

Yea 2pm cos noone has disagreed with this time? Is outside the cinema the best place to meet?

Dave Y

i would say outside the bowling complex (next to the cinema) in the corner of the car park or somethin, cos its usually spacious.

The only people who think Bristol is in the South West are people in Bristol and Birmingham ;)

Bit like the people who live in the Pennines who say they're 'Up North' - when they're not even above half way on the map!

Bit of a shame that we have a group meeting in south wales and ours ends up just down the road, but you have to go with the vote I spose! I wonder how many people outside the South West voted.

Maybe given we scrapped the last Newqauy do we could look at something in the way of a 'mini-meet' somewhere in Devon/Cornwall before long... Be interesting to know exactly where everyone is - put some pins in the map and work out geographically where is the least driving for the most people!

If work permits and I pass my test I might head up to Brizzle though.

Please bear with me guys, i'm aiming for a meet a month all over the South West and the area as a whole is being looked at by Dunc.

I know i've missed a meet in January but my plans are as follows:-

February:- Bristol and :cold:
March:- Newquay (any suggestions welcome but i'm thinking of a pub meet) Llandlow:- Wales but it's an r.r.day out

April:- Exeter (i've never been to a meet in my area and it's my bday that month so we'll do bowling or karting, if we a get enough together i know a place that does a grand prix slot, including 3 trophies and a bottle of champayne :steer: )

May:- Weston Super Mare (the seafront is calling some decent cars, so we should show ourselves  )

The Summer probably mainly down in sunny Kernow, Run to the sun, e.t.c. and unsure from August onwards at the moment :)

Just to throw an idea into the hat, maybe someone upstairs could implement one of these for each regional section as a sticky?

http://www.frappr.com/106rallyesouthwest

There's one for us South West'ers. Gives a good idea for events/mini meets and the such.

:cheese:

Well add yourself on! Thats the whole point, so that in future when arranging things and looking at the list of people that are going to be going everyone can arrange a suitable venue.
