Hello,
Since tomorrow I will go to the track again :steer: , I was looking a way to mount my camera, so I decide design a H/R mount and brought a 3/4" bar of Aluminium and with the help of a mate working in a machinery shop, I build this. It is done of 2 parts one in the H/R and the other for the camera the nut in the middle allows you to control the inclination of the camera ;) tomorrow I hope post some vids from the track.

bye
Mauricio

that looks excellent, very well made! The only problem i could see would be if the seat moves around when on track?

Yeah my seat certainly isnt rigid enough to keep the camera steady but when your car is striped theres not really many places you can atach a camera with out buying a profesional mount. Good work, interesting to see how stead it is on track...

I once made one (when my car was not striped) by just puting a tri pod on the back steas and useing seatbelts and those elastic ties with hooks on the end and that worked very well but it was just on the road with abit of light B road action so not sure how well it would hold up on a track.

I have to say that the camera mount works so fine in my pass. seat :), I have a lot of move in the car during the rounds and it stay firm.
