As do i...
Ive had a question about numberplates like that... YDZ etc... is this an import or what? As you wouldnt be able to put it on a R reg car for example...?
or is this an irish plate and registered car?

Its not an import mate, its a northern irish number plate not sure what part of northern ireland it is from though?? as they have 3 letters and 4 numbers

Waynes car is from Republic of Ireland thats why his plate is different

E.g CNZ 1234 Is Coleraine, its something to do with the first 3 letters as they show what region the car is from in Northern Ireland

Will have to do some further investigation tonight! ha

So mine was registered as "TBZ ****" (dont know the numbers off hand)... which means it was registered in N.I and evidently brought over to England? How do i go about finding more info on this... Worth calling the DVLNI? (Northern irelands DVLA).
Any help appreciated! sorry for spamming thread too! lol :s2:

I'm not sure if the DVLA can help you on it. When i bought my S2 form England, they sent me a letter saying they couldn't update the change of ownership because i wasn't living in mainland UK. So they might not know any thing about NI.

There are some NI members on here, they would probably know where the car is from, going on your reg.

Well the rallye wayne is pictured with is from some where in County Londonderry, and your car is from somewhere in County Down cant find a specific place for any of them though

I think both the rallyes look pretty tasteful on the pic :D, did you not stick a note on her windscreen about the RR ;) ??

The Saturday spent cleaning and polishing the car was worth it in the end up...
