Not sure if i have ever seen one before. Try doing a google search to get information or reviews on them.

VTR engine in S2 shell.
No S2 arch extensions or bumpers. Looks standard and plain from outside.
No alloys as standard.

Not sure of suspension set up? Don't think it had the VT/GTI/Rallye setup.

i've got one. defo not the same suspension as a standard (ie 1.1 or whatever) 106. I think it handles brilliantly, expecially compared to my SEAT Leon Cupra! Can't really fault it so far. Any specifics you wanna know?

You got an XS over an S1??

XS needs wider wheels and tyres, has good motorway gearing but brakes are prone to being crap due to solid front discs and drum rears, at least sisters '97-98 one is...

Engine is par for teh course 90 bhp unit, plenty torque but lacks the pace of the S2 rallye in all departments, also I dislike PAS... Other than that the car is the same, needs a lower wishbone brace and I don't recall seeing the wishbone to bulkhead strengthening bars??

Still a good car and you can't argue with the insurance group...
