Air Filter

hi all, i am after a air filter for a 106 1.0 1995 MK1

preferably k&n or pipercross

not some poor fittin max power stuff

I've got a Green Cotton filter element from a S2 1.6i XS, if it fits your car you can have it for £25 delivered. Only done 5k and cost about £40 new.

is it a cone filer or panel filter?

Panel Filter.

You don't really want a cone filter, all it's going to do is suck hot air in from the engine bay. Panel filter in the OE airbox will still give more air flow but will draw cold air from the front of the car. You get a bit more induction noise, but i guess if you are looking for maximum noise but no benefits, an open cone system is what you want.
