I wish I'd been there. Would have been a very moving occasion.

Big thanks to Nick at Shenpar for fixing the idle, despite some red herrings on the diagnostic, it turned out to be the stepper motor after all.

Lol :lol: She's going the first part of the journey, just trying to see how far up North she can go, depends on work shifts which i am in the process of sorting :)

Excellent stuff. Sadly Laura is going to her sister's so the red one will sit at home either shedding a little tear at being left out or being smug that it's not putting over 2k on the clock!

Well done tom, we can now have a crewe rallye meet:grin: , i saw another red s1 the other day, ive seen it before, its debadged and the owner is now smoothing the bonnet:( Its on kwik fit in crewe :( :( :( :( :(
