After all the engine problems, little WND is back on road and running well. Been at work since last autumn keeping Gareths white Rallye company in a nice warm corner of the warehouse!

had a little treat today with a nice wax. We have a good valeters next door which is very handy, and I was trying out all their fancy polish!

on 83k now, owned since 5000 miles about 7 years ago. Import number 7, so one of the oldest S2's...

Glad shes back on the road - owned since 5000 miles - WOW! so pretty much from brand new really! - did you buy private or from a garage?

well latest prob was fuel related, new fuel pump seems to have cured it for now, fingers crossed

glad its finally sorted mate !! maybe you can bring it to the next North West drive out !!

on another note, my fuel pump went last year at FCS, and i think its going again !! :cry: :cry: my sodding luck !! :(

from a Peugeot dealer, one lady owner before me, but she didnt like the non PAS so exchanged it pretty quick from new.

I paid around 8k for it when I bought it

No it didn't, I added these in the 1st couple of years.....

this is when the new engine went in last summer....been out since for new head and change of cam

ha ha!!! well it wasn't luck, more trial and error - on its 7th set of springs now I think!!!

spring rates, ride height, free length - I've been there heavily over the years!

shame its got coded mirrors, handles and a GTi spoiler. looking good though mark.

why is that a shame? its hardly a standard Rallye by any means!!! These were fitted to enhance appearance imo
