Max spring rate on group n's

As above
My current gaz gha's are in need of a service. Now, I know someone selling bilstien group n's ( old fat style ) but wondering of they can handle 300-375 lb spring rates?
Cheers

Do you actually use 300- 375 lbs springs? Sounds like very hard rates to me

There's a lot of info on spring rates on the forum if you use the search function. Some of it is restricted to member only areas.

I have bought some 300lb coilover springs for my S1 rebuild but on reflection may now change those because changing the torsion bars to match is going to be quite expensive. What are you hoping to achieve through the change and have you thought about how you are going to keep balance in the chassis?

It's a track car. 23mm torsion bars and 25 mm ARB it's pretty well sorted everywhere else too
