stick with the 1.3 and stay in class 1 , the 106 1300 usually does very well in class 1 if you've got it set-up right. Fittin the 16v moves you up with alot of highly tuned 1600's and ex-s1600 type cars . We've been rallying in class 1 since 2006 and found it really friendly
