OK that would explain that.

I'm after a renewal which is 16, new membership is 23! Not sure why my details aren't on the old system? but I shouldn't be penalised an extra 7 because of that surely. Might explain why I never received my membership pack though.

the email address is what we have on the system

yes it explains why you couldn't login. You probably joined when you we had that stupid girl Becki doing memberships who made a mess of it.

Yes that is why you never had a pack! If you want a pack please sign up as a new member thanks

You expired in May 2013.

I checked paypal and had nothing from your name in February. Did you send it from another paypal name??

the data above is just when we loaded into new database, your details are in the new system you are just an expired member so need to renew thanks

see posts above thanks, it has merged me replies into a previous post

Generate Password Reset Tokens
Once the existing club membership has been imported into the system, each member will need the opportunity to set his or her password to access the site. To do this, they will need a password reset token. Each token is unique and un-guessable. Tokens also have an expiry date, before which they must be used. Members can only have one active token at any one time. So, if a new token is generated for a user it will replace and render useless any previously generated tokens for that user.

Will the user lose his/her existing password when a new token is generated?
No. Note that possession of a token merely allows a user to change his password. Generating a reset token for user does not cause his current password to be cleared. Also, loss or expiry of a token does not mean that the user will lose access to the system.

What happens if the token has expired?
The user can request a new token at any time by visiting the Sign In page and clicking "Forgotten Password". If the user does not have an email address in the system, he/she will need to contact your club administrator using the "Contact Us" page. Your club administrator can then set his password for him (which he can change once logged-in) or enter his email address into the system and send him a reset token.

Users with Email Addresses
For members with email addresses, tokens can be sent to them by the system email which gives them a simple link to click that takes them straight to the change password page.

What about users without email addresses?
For members without email addresses, an administrator will need to print the generated codes and distribute them to those members manually. For this reason we set a minimum expiry period of 30 days for members without an email address.

If I set up a new membership isn't that going to conflict with my current account username and email?

What about my current account, posts, threads blog etc? How will that be linked to a new membership?

Mark, managed to log on, and paid for renewed membership, thanks for the assistance. You seem to have your work cut out trying to resolve the gremlins that are being thrown up, hopefully these are only minor problems and the system overall works well.

Just done mine, was a lot easier having the information above.

I also have been done for the full membership rather than renewal but happy to pay it so long as i get a pack.
I can remember the ball ache from last time and still didn't get one!

I'll update the detail on the car/s when i have the detail with me.
As i have two rallye's how do i add information for both cars?

This should hopefully get you through it.

Select membership at top of RR page

Scroll to bottom of the page and select, click here to renew membership

You will be directed to the clubhouse website

Select sign in

Then click forgotten password

Enter your name and email address as registered with RR

You will then receive 2 emails one with you clubhouse user name
And one to reset your password

Enter the password you want to use, Remember this password and user name is only for the clubhouse website not the RR.

Now sign in with your new user name and password, both are case sensitive so make sure you have put the caps in.

Now you should be logged in, select apply for a new subscription , select how many years you want to purchase,

That's about it once paid tho, you will have to wait a while before gaining full access again to the RR tho.

Hope that's helped.

I will do. I will just put a claim in back through Paypal for my money back. I've screen saved all the evidence to make my claim. Probably best if you do the same pal. To be honest I would have thought that someone from admin would have had the decency to respond by now

They seem happy enough to take our money but not to rectify our problem. If they are having problems then, just as a common sense suggestion, maybe remove the application for membership until they can pull their finger out and sort the problems. Then re-instate it once the site is back in order

It's been like this for ages to be honest.

I love this forum for knowledge and bits but the membership side has always been a bit of a joke since I joined.

for everyone's information....dangermouse has paid yes, but he never sent in a membership form so we don't have any detail's for him whatsoever. He was emailed twice about this with clear instructions of what he needed to do. HE NEVER REPLIED.

He also NEVER emailed us once to let us know he had a problem.

If you have a membership query all you have to do is email membership@106rallyeregister.co.uk and your query will be answered and resolved asap. It's as simple as that.

If we don't know you have a problem how can we fix it! It states everywhere on the forum how to contact membership, yet people still insist on posting on the forum about it. NO!!! I'm not on the forum much and I can't wade through pages of posts. Email me instead please!!!
