Gus' 205 Rallye

I bought a garage friend for the 106!

I bought it blind form a garage down south, and got them to hold it until I came back from Brasil to pick it up. Its a little gem, UK spec, 74k and all original, except some Koni suspension which I'm happy with. OEM supplied tape deck is still there and working, even the seats are in good nick, apart from a small repairable rip on the passenger seat, and the carpet is intact.

There was a leak on the way home into the passenger foot well thanks to the scuttle drains being blocked with leaves, but already have the interior out to dry everything out properly. I've given the mechanicals a once over, flushed out the cooling system, and been enjoying it over the past couple of weeks.

Zero plans for it apart from small restoration jobs and drives to get ice cream

Kind of lost the light for photos, but you get the idea...

Only light surface rust in the engine bay, otherwise spotless.

I took a bit of a gamble on it, but to be fair to the garage it ws described very honestly.

Another year to go yet, then the multiple Rallye project will begin again!
