Slammed on its ass thats for sure, and you know what? I love it! Its handled like a dream so far. No denying its not low, though on the move it squats down a lot more than stand still.

Mine did this on the back when I fitted the PTS wheels due to their monster offset. Nothing a lot of trimming won't sort

Iv also got a new (used) gearbox - 20cb93! That will be replacing the joyfull crazy S1 box

Also thought id try a few exhausts out as the Pugsport bores / annoys me now

Tried the Magnex S1 exhaust system 3"inch tail pipe - and the Vts / GTi Magnex system 2.5" inch tail pipe.

Both were just as good as a pugsport - Both Magnex's didn't feel as flat low down in rpm as the Pugsport did? Anyway almost decided im getting rid of the Pugsport now, just looking for a decat pipe for the full system.

ROll on OLD MAN SPEC! Next I might swap the lower Grp AMount for a Grp N Lol

kenich keep the middle one. it looks the best by far. also try PMing ORAM5744 (nigel) i think he has a Magnex Decat for sale and hes only in somerset.

the magnex rear section will join to the pugsport centre aswell mate so you could do that to decat at , thats what i did

it works a treat mate, doesnt stick out at all and also is nice and quitish when you want it to be, best of both worlds i think, nielf has 1 on his s2 and on his xsi hahaha

Nah Pugsport centre section does not match upto my magnex back box Semtex. Some Joey cut the end off it - So it might of! I'm off to fit it now

dam bodgers, when i bought my magnex system it came with a cat aswell was only when i went to fit the decat i found that numpty bollocks had cut the flange off and welded the cat to it, so that was that fucked

I got it to fit - Looks like its made for the S1 Sounds well subtle - I love it

After a long time searching I finally have the exhaust Iv always fancied

I think it suits the S1 Perfectly! Plus on a good note, it sounds a sleeper

Well the gearbox is now on - Its a AX Gt / 205 Xs one. PRetty much the same as the S1 box really, I'm happy with it. The Magnex exhaust makes the driving a lot more bearable now to lol

There are some some pics in the rallyechat from a lil drive some S1s had near me. Feel free to check it

Here is the exhaust pics...



Also now got a Magnex Decat Shall be fitting that soon!

Car now has 12 months MOT Only issue was with washer jets - Soon sorted that

Arches off for a respray, just taking off morettes now to ready to be sprayed.

Just sorted my Oil Temp guage (stopped working for a few weeks). Also fitted my Red lower Samco Hose a new mini Fan which iv had for months - And as the bumpers off thats gonna getting a good clean, same with slam panel and inner arches etc...

Oh trial fitted my Green filter to, off now as il get that sprayed up to

Sounds a bit rougher - In a nice way. with Cat its nice and subtle - Bit beefy on idle. With decat its got a grunt to it - Well happy

Fitted some lockwood dials today, need a new bezzel for the console so might do a james and go carbon - not sure yet?

Fan was hooked up to suck and not blow, so need to rewire that - 50 / 50 chance an I got it wrong GREAT!

Well happy with the car at the moment - Its in bits - but its getting closer to being a better drive lol

I want your wheels.

Quick question about your cage, did you just weld a mount for the door bars then drill through to the arch? I have an OMP half cage with door bars to go in and just trying to work out what I'll need to get it in properly. If you've got any more pics of the cage in place and mounts that would be great.

@ Fly apparently IMO figures all seemed on low side. 150bhp 20v Turbo made 136bhp. TB'd Saxo which Sandy mapped made 144bhp I think it was which was before RR'd nearer 180bhp??
