Gearbox problems

Hello guys. I'm Nikolai nice to meet you.
I have been having some gearbox issues.
I drive a 1.6 8v turbo around 250hp, and it keeps breaking gearboxes. I have two questions:
1. What do i need to buy to make the ma box strong enough and is it worth it?
2.or should i go for the be conversion and if so how long does the O/S driveshaft need to be to fit in the car? I have read about the conversion and this is the only thing i don't understand.
Cheers from Bulgaria Niki

Go for the BE conversion

There are guides on here and on Saxperience I'm sure

Yes a 206 box will fit if it's cable clutch type, the 1.4 is a TU engine block.
