It's easy to do yourself dude with a bit of know how. The only bit i'd get done professionally is the actual engine build. The rest is literally just throwing parts together and a bit of wiring.

Also the cost of labour will be insane, i've kept a running total of all the parts i've bought for mine and done most of the work myself plus help from friends. I'd expect a complete supercharged build similar spec to mine to cost 10k + if some did it for you
