I'm intrigued - how do the bolt heads sit flush if it's now at an angle?

First step of fitting is to bolt on bolts on the brake bracket side then the big one.
The angle is not so big for bolts heads.
In first kit I use angled shims for all bolts, but in next kits I didn't do this. Everything works fine!

Thinking about these as I have a bent pin so while I'm replacing that that might as well replace with this kit.

Is this a simple case of removing the original pin and bolting the machined unit on? What would be a desired camber toe for a Tarmac rally car?

Also how long would delivery take to Germany?

Ah right fair enough, I didn't think about angled shims

Liking this stuff!! Any reviews on the camber kit?? I'm liking the brake bells too...can you make them for any brakes?? Wouldn't be until April/May as I need to buy pistons before anything!! But defiantly interested in the camber kit dependant on reviews??

Thanks,

Chris

What grade of steel are the wheel studs made from? Are the threads rolled or machined? What sizes can you do? And what would the cost for 16x delivered to the UK?

Thanks

Thanks. For strength, a rolled thread would be preferred. I need to work out lengths but these are better value than the Skip Brown ones.

FYI, a 12.9 grade fastener has a tensile strength of ~1220MPa and 41Cr4 (up to 16mm dia) has a tensile strength of 1000-1200MPa. So these are up there on strength terms!
