I would also be interested in this if it's a true bolt on kit ( without bodies of course )

May I ask what is used to seal between the bodies and the flange on this kit?

I mounted GSXR bodies on my rallye in 2009 with a more primitive inlet using silicone tubing with rods for extra support. It works ok but its not that neat.
I bougt one of theese Brown/Satchell inlets second hand from Frode(he have a few posts in this thread) a few years ago but havent come around to change it yet.

The manifold flange is CNC machined, the bodies are dismantled and turned to accept o-rings which fit in the machined flange to give a stable and reliable joint.

Sorry to dredge up an old thread here, but has there been much development of the manifolds you mention Sandy? Any idea of when they might be available, months/years etc?

Still in development, I asked a couple of days ago. You can't rush getting these things right

Very true! I'm in no rush for anything at the moment, I was just interested as I don't want to miss a set if they're made in a limited batch

Thanks for the interest! I expect it'll take until the new year to sort it all out.

Hi Sandy,

I would also be interested in a kit for the 1.3 8V.

Thanks,

Hi Sandy, how are you progressing with the TB kit for an 8v engine?

More pressing demands just now, but there seems to be the demand to justify a new solution from us, so it will happen ASAP.
