Standard s1 rallye exhaust front pipe

Hi guys. I'm replacing the exhaust front pipe on my s1 rallye. I've managed to get one but the original I took off has a plate inside the pipe dividing it into two and the new one hasn't, it's just a pipe.

Will this make any difference to the performance? I'm guessing the old pipe I've removed is a Peugeot one and the aftermarket pipes are cheaper so the don't bother with the divider. Has anyone else come across this?

Thanks
