1.3 rallye issues

Hi all, I decided it would be a great idea to return my rallye back to standard!
Ever since taking the 16v out and putting the 1.3 8v back in I've had nothing but trouble

I've changed no end of sensors including map, lambda, vss, green temp sensor, crank sensor, coil pack, plugs, leads (magnecor)

If I put my foot to the floor at idle it hesitates and takes a second to pick up revs.

I've taken the spark plugs out and it's overfueling like mad.

Any suggestions would be amazing as I'm stuck with it.

I took a long time to get it the way I wanted by cleaning and painting the bay and making it look nice,
Now I wish I never bothered!

throttle position sensor? what voltage is it reading?

how does it idle?

may be worth unplugging the vss and seeing how it is.

tried a diagnostic check?

check the voltage.

i don't know what 1.3 rallyes read. but when i did my s1 inlet conversion on my 1.6 xsi, i found that the original rallye tps was reading from 2v upto 5v, rather than 0-5v, got another rallye tps, new, had the same issue

Because it needs to be plugged in. you need to measure the voltages when it's connected i'm sure.

Same with the map sensor.

you might have 0, 12 and 12. but when you connect it and read it it'll show 0, 12 and 0.1 (increasing to 5 as vacuum decreases.)

Check the map sensor. The car won't run right and will over fuel if there's problems with that
