Down on compression-piston ring :-(

Recently had a slight misfire, opened the bonnet to find oil has been pressurised out the filler cap. Checked oil level, way over the max. I no it was spot on as I only checked it the weekend before. Checked coolant level, spot on. Checked compressions, found cylinder 3 only at 100 psi. Removed the head, no signs of damage. Removed piston to find this ......

I've never seen this before. Anyone any ideas? Also anyone know of where I can get rings as Peugeot are on back order

Bore looks fine. Pistons was all intact until I removed the rings.
