Problm with check engine

hello my friends! I have a big problem with my s2 1.6 8v .I was driving my car with italian ecu .than i took newone and raplace ,but my car wont to start .I go back my italian ecu chip and check engine lamp dont turn on ,fuel pump too. I took th original chip and put in on.The check lamp was ok and fuel pump work .I drive about 100 km ,and when i turn off my car to next start ,my check with original chip and fuelpump wont be work.I took other ecu ,from other 106 s2 1.6 8v ,and the problem is the same .We put my ecu computer to the other car and it work .i dont now where is the problem ? can you help me

we fix it, something was wrong with electric system. But other problem for now is too many pressure in coolent system ,and when i stop the car ,wire on the radiator start to bleeding.I cannot vent the system correct ,may be ? Can someone show me or tell me how to vent the cooling system thank you

I run the car from cold with the radiator cap off, there is also a bleed cap top left behind the rocker cover, lean over the engine and you will see it on the rad hose behind the engine...
