Here's my spec...

266mm brakes from a 206 GTi which have a 34mm offset.

Bosch calipers with square edge on pads.

Caliper carrier needed a small part grinding off and a washer on the bolts for the carrier.

Wheel weights need moving on mine to clear the caliper.

Need a 23mm master cylinder as the brake pedal is longer. Ordered one from Brakesint.co.uk
Will update this later with part number for this.

Hope this helps!!!

Greetings, also ran in a bit of trouble here so i want to make sure i order right now.
I swapped my original 106 gti calipers and stuff for 206 gti calipers/discs and pads from a 106 rallye rally car.
All went on smooth withouth problems, but a half month ago i had to order new discs and ferodo pads and i think i have missed
I orderd 206 gti brembo max discs and ds2500 pads but they do not fit(they are the 34 mm offset discs, as i found out later there are 2 different types which was not shown on the website )
After reading the topic i guess i have the bosch pre 2000 calipers

pre 2000 (rounded end pad) calipers used the 27.9mm offset disk
and the post 2000 (square ended pad) calipers used the 34mm ones.

So now i guess i have to find the bosch post 2000 calipers with my new discs or sell and rebuy?
