Motorsport setup advice

Looking for advice for mixed surface motorsport setup,

Current setup, bilstein grp n gravel inserts + rear dampers,pts cup car coilover gravel springs, Standard s1 xsi front arb,

Rear saxo vts rear disc beam standard arb/torsion bars,unsure of sizes,
Anyone tell me what sizes the arb/torsion thicknes for the vts are?

Any reccomendations i.e smaller larger torsions/arb, ride height efc for mostly bumpy tarmac mixed gravel events i have in mind

19mm std, go for 22-23, no way to tell really it's normally down to driver preference. What engine & comp's are you running in would help?
