Engine Build

I am currently doing a hybrid build with tu5j4 bottom end, jp4 head and valves and j4 springs, retainers and cam. I also have a set of 45mm jenvey tbs and dta e48 ecu which will be used. One of the pistons in the current bottom end seems to have had an issue with valve clearance at some point as it got some marking in it and valves were bent. That piston will need replacing but I got another j4 bottom end which i can use.

I have come across a set of high compression pistons and was not sure whether they would be any benefit to the build since pistons will be out. I am concerned about losing power as for now I have no intentions of fitting higher lift cams and also I read that there might be issues with combustion with high comp pistons if using regular fuel.

Thanks any help would be appreciated.
