8v Cam

I am having my head re-built on my original 8v 1.6 Rallye engine, does the following cam require any additional work, different pulleys or mapping? I am looking for something that can go straight in, car is still road legal.

Newmans Fast Road Camshaft (PEUR/280/392 PH2)

Pulley is almost mandatory when changing cams, as you need to set the correct timing, which you can not without an adjustable pulley.
Remap is always needed as it won't run correctly without it.
