Peugeot, please stop it!

Is there really any need for cars like this - The new 107 Sport XS

Basically a normal 107 with viper stripes and other cheapo extras

More info here

Please Peugeot, make a proper sporty hatch again

Yes, I agree, they look gay and are in no way a proper sporting hatch.

Perhaps Peugeot feel there is more of a market for this type of vehicle though?

Surely a big engine in a 107 would be nuts? It doesn't look to have a very low centre of gravity so I wouldn't be chucking it about

I think the engines quite low though, for crash purposes, so might handle ok?

Still looks pants with those ugly eyes. Its the most attractive of the 3 from the rear though. I'd get the Aygo for the Toyota build quality if I had to choose... but I'd have to be at gun point.

There all built in teh same factory - so build quality is equal!

They dont actually handle too badly to be fair, but not in rallye/gti league.

I breifly met a guy with a 107 when he gave me a lift with a mate of mine he knows, and said he had bought a 106 gti engine and was putting it in that! Itll probably wheelspin every time he pulls away

I much prefer the 1007, I'd actually consider one of them if they didnt have the bloody stupid doors!

get rid of them and it wouldnt weigh too much!

then stick a Bike Engine in*

*the boot

The doors aren't stupid, haven't you seen the adverts?

It'd be nice if they released a new real sports/ new Rallye, but it's realistically not going to happen
