Coilover/Spring rate/Damper advice

I hope you can help me with advice or point me in the right direction of where I can find the advice!

I currently run Bilstein Grp N dampers all round with Faulkner 155lb springs up front, rear is STD and will be under going a complete rebuild soon.

I find the car grips well but the body roll I still have is very unerving... I want to convert the front with 2 1/4 springs and adjustable height platforms. Do you think the Grp N dampers will be Ok with this and what rate springs, spring length and rear torsion bars should I use? I just need a starting point to begin with!

Do you think I will see much improvement in upgarding the rear ARB? And what is the largest easy-fit item?

Car is an S2 Rallye and will be used for many track days but also for a 7 mile A-Road drive to work.
