Sorry Bridgend boy, they dont come with thinner glass. You may be getting confused with the old shape Clio Cup which came with thinner glass. The Rallyes glass is identical in every way to every other 106

I cant help you with the rear screen as ive never handled one on its own. But the rear side windows are about 1.5kg each, and the front side ones slightly more than that.

Why not just weigh one of the cubes of glass that result from the broken window, and then mulitply that by the number of cubes of glass?

That will only prove that the glass you have in YOUR rallye is thinner though. If other people can confirm it, I'm only too happy to be educated It was never mentioned by Peugeot as far as i know, hasnt been in any of the press releases or mag reviews that ive read? Youd have thought theyd have told someone?! Also the parts catalogue has no seperate part number for rallye side windows, just for different levels of tint.

I created a thread, so just have a look through my old threads on my username. We have poly windows so I measure them against the glass. Both front and rear.
