My New Investment

1992 Evo 1 with 79k (128KM) on the clock. I doubt I could find a cleaner or more original one to be honest.

Beautiful car to drive, very well set up from the factory. Power, brakes and handling are
on par to a modern Subaru or Evo and I would class it to be light years ahead of the
Escort Cossie.

Nice Dave! A guy I know has an identical one. Bloody lovely car.

Out of interest, In your opinion what makes it better than a Cossie mate?

The Ford feels very heavy and old to drive, heavy steering and clutch. The standard
gear change is long on sloppy, you could touch the radio in 1st gear and the handbrake
in 2nd. I've drove a few and are all the same. After an hour drive in the Ford you
would have to lie down for a sleep.

The Lancia on the other hand feels very modern and nimble. Pull the gear leaver out
of first and it almost falls into 2nd. It soaks up bumps and yumps in comfort like a 7 series.

Yes mate the one on ebay.
I'm not sure I agree they are as good as a scooby or Evo out of the box tbh but that's just my opinion.
Love grales and we all do at Svp, such an iconic car! Get them in a tight twisty lane and they're heaven!
