S2 1.6 8v 645 catcams headwork skim question?

One fast question for guys who already did this kind of tuning.

How much should i skimm the head to have enough clearence for valve?
All arond 1.6 engine, stock pistons, 645 catcams, springs and retailers from catcams. Fully head work is done, and just to check how much to skim a head to rise compression in cylinders. Im thinking in beetwen 0,5 maxx to 1mm.

And also what kind of gasket should i put?

All best!!!
Thanks.

get the minimal skim on the head,
then just work out the best headgasket thickness.
