if your running a 16valver no,coz theye have adjustable pulleys already,but if you had an 8 v,then there will be increases to be had if set up properly.

are there hard to fit i was tld its easy??i not engine expert so would i be able to do it or should i have a garage to it? will it change anythink at M.o.T time? i will get superchips to remap my ecu once the catcams are fitted in taunton
