Crankshaft sensors - different on a VTS?

Part way through fitting a turbo VTS engine into a VTR.

There seems to be 2 sensors on the flywheel. 1 mounts into a gap in the gearbox casing (i'm using the VTR gearbox but I think that sensor remains the same?) and the other mounts on the front of the block and goes up against the back of the flywheel which i'd guess is your RPM pulse sensor.

The VTS engine did not come with a sensor and the VTR one seems to be too long. Are there different length sensors or am I missing a mounting bracket?

Thanks all,

C
