Which model Corsa EPAS is it?
What you need to do varies. Are you hanging off a cage dash bar or the OEM mount? No need to mod the pedal box but you may need to mod the pinion if you go for an aftermarket Double UJ

I would keep the power rack as it has less turns lock to lock unless you plan on using a quickrack kit.

That's not particularly helpful is it?
On the racks, A Rallye 106 manual rack is 3.5 turns lock t lock A Peugeot 106 power steering is 2.7 lock to lock The Quaife kit for the s1 rack is 2.6 lock to lock I ran the original Quaife group buy which led to them going into production. Both my 106s now have converted PAS racks. Here is one: ![]() A very talented Rallye driver from this parish wrote up a guide on doing the mod you are asking about. Luckily the photos are still available: http://www.106rallyeforum.com/forum2...highlight=epas Here are some pics I inherited of a Corsa B conversion on my Maxi ![]() ![]() ![]() This is how my Corsa C conversion turned out (this car was sold to ChrisJP4) ![]()

The shell bulkhead is different between a PAS equipped car and a non PAS. In this photo you can see the bigger PAS bulkhead slot indicated by the cardboard and gaffer tape masterpiece that was my template prior to cutting it out:
![]() You do not have to have a PAS rack to go with one of the Corsa EPAS units. It will work with a standard or Quaife quick rack equipped non-PAS rack off an S1 model

Thanks again . So il be using a 106 pas peddle box and a non power steering rack with the corsa power steering .. so I don’t have to change the 106 pas peddle box to a non power steering if if got that right

you need to match the PEDAL box with the Rack, the hole in it for the pinion is a different size, if you place a non pas rack against a pas type PEDAL box you'll have a gaping hole and a rubber boot in the way of the lower steering column joint.
S2 bulkheads are all the same, so there's no trimming required as shown above for PAS into S1. Clutch cable is different pas to non pas too, with PAS they go under the rack, which on an S1 bulkhead pressing there is no room! |

Sorry working some long hours. I am not sure what you need.
Converting the rack is just a case of stripping off the excess parts, fitting some bungs (but not sealing the mechanism) and giving it a service while it's all apart. ![]() I modded the banjo bolts ![]() ![]() ![]()

So you use the banjo so air can go out I suppose,I thought the 2 "bleed nipples" at the back where enough for that? How would you service the rack? Just put some grease in? The 2 holes at the top can be blanked off correct? Thanks for the useful info, appreciate it.
