Washed me motor-she really needed it

Gave the girl a wash the other day as she had a very black looking bumper thanks to fly brains being imbedded in it. she desperately needed a polish as i hadn't done it for ages and the day was nice for it. i had to spend an hour just cleaning the front as i was at my girlfriends and took all my gear but forgot the bug and tar remover so had to use neat Meg's Gold Class shampoo. Thank the lord it worked. Thought i'd share and image or 2 i took on my phone at the time. i know some people hate threads about 'just washed' cars but what can i say, i'm proud of what i own so here some pics anyway!

g-dub, er what does 'sehr gut' exactly mean. i got the lights cos i thought they look pretty tidy without fooking up the rallye's looks and i've gotta say, i love 'em. i wanted something that was just a tiny bit individual at the rear but appreciate they're not to everyone's liking. shit, even i've thought about re-fitting the standard ones myself at times

WOW! it looks really mint. How long did it take? the white S2's are really growing on me - especially when they look as clean as yours!

in total is took about 2 1/2hrs. i would have taken longer as i was going to use colour magic first but didn't in the end. the flies took and hour alone to remove cos i didn't wax it last time. they should come off a bit more easily next time now there is a layer of Gold Class on her.

I love seeing freshly washed rallyes. Nothing wrong with these thread
The lights do exactly what you said. Can understand them not being everyones taste but they're not over the top at all. Very nice!
