j4 with catcams 1321812

So im bulding a j4 with forged rods, T4 pistons (cut outs but nota high comp), valve springs, c2 alloy inlet, 64mm Clio rs tb, 55mm headers, 55mm pipe,57mm magnaflow with Clio 182 injectores, 255 walbro and headwork.
My doubt its about the camsfhafts, i cant find any feedback from them like HP torque and power band.
Ive been using a set of Newman ph4 and i dont know what camshaft suits better

The specs are:
283/283
244/244
10.00mm/10.00mm
105/105
3.10mm/3.10m

I would stick with newmans ph4. It has higher lift, a little less duration and less lift at tdc, which means that it will have broader torque curve and will not peak as high as 812.
