Tu5jp4 vs tu5jp4s pistons

As per title, does anyone know the difference between the two? They have a different part number so there must be a difference? My block is a jp4s, and I can get a set of jp4 pistons cheap. Just wondered if they are interchangeable? Many thanks

JP4 and JP4S are the same mate. J4 are different but will fit. JP4/S have a domed top and J4 are flat, therefore there is more valve clearance on a J4 motor.

That's what I thought, but if you look up pistons for say a c2 vtr which has a jp4 and a c2 vts which has a jp4s they are different part numbers. But they give no specs :-(
