Citroen AX GT

I haven't found a rallye yet, but did stumble across this:

http://www.4starclassics.com/Citroen-AX-GT-

It's about 4,000 too much, but I think that someone could get a lot of enjoyment out of owning this; The AX platform was the basis for the development of the 106 after all!

I wonder how much 4 Star Classics paid before they rolled out all their "value-added" detailing gear.

I don't think it's in that good condition considering the price they want. There's a guy on Sax-P, who's got an immaculate AX GT (http://www.saxperience.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=439689). Good luck on your search for a Rallye, will be good to see another in Kent

It's easy to see how people get in to the whole concours scene with examples like that. That said, I expect even that one could be purchased for less than 6,500.

That one is nice and much more in-line with the value of good examples; Are you going to have a cheeky bid?

Also over priced. That's also had a respray and he's also resprayed the kit so it's non standard and will need replacing. The wheels are also non standard and resprayed.

Last GT i bought and sold was 300 a couple of years ago, they haven't gone up that much!

Ive had a few AX's now, i still own one and they aren't worth that much, though we do seem to have a few people speculating these days.
