Hadn't thought about smoothing the boot, might do that later on, just want it up and working now,

Yer this is lee marshalls old car, oh and cheers for the rubbers dunc.

did think it would certainly be clearer to see, the man with lots of experience says outside so outside it shall be. I preferred the look of it outside, might apply some black vinyl behind it to fill up the area of the original badge should look ok.

Very nice mate, makes all the time prepping the parts worth it when it comes to building it up! Looks awesome, nice tidy workshop too.

Not done much recently to the build but I am wanting to order up some fluids, I was looking at getting the Fuchs Titan race 5w-40 for the engine, motul rbf 660 for the brakes but my gearbox is a 1.3 Rallye box with a quaife atb So should I go for Fuchs Titan 75w-90 or the 75w-80 ? I'm thinking the 80.

Definitely 75w80! I'd advise just getting the genuine BV stuff straight from Peugeot! It's the synchros you have to worry about with these boxes, the diff will be fine! Exactly what I ran in my S1 rallye box with atb. I'm not quite sure what to run in my new box yet, just built a hybrid BE4R with gripper diff.

I use 10-40 oil, AP600 brake fluid and Torco (I think!) gear oil.

Mike why 10w 40 is that due to still running in the engine?

I just do as I'm told with regards the engine, and that's what I was told to run.
