Radiator leak

I have a Citroen AX Sport and recently I have had a large amount of water coming from the pressure hole at the top of my rad tank when I switch the engine off after say 30 mins. This has happened after it was bled.

The temp is good until it starts to loose water. When I opened the bonnet after a 30 min drive it was literally pouring out like a tap! Must have lost a good liter of water out of it. The engine I dont think has ever been rebuilt so I can only assume there is a lot of pressure in the system from possibly corrosion somewhere. It has had a new head gasket recently and the water appears to be reasonably clean..

New rad cap on order but I don't hold out much hope for that. Any ideas?

Cheers, Tim
